You know your company best, and will be able to guide the organizer through various suggestions, till you find something that will work well with your particular personnel.

There are many very different approaches, from scavenger hunts, to car rallies, to archery classes, to drum lessons, and plenty more besides. There needs to be some fun involved in the activity, otherwise participants will just feel that it is a waste of time. By choosing something like archery classes, it gives every one a chance to try something new, and have some common experience to talk about. And there is a good chance that no one will have tried this before, or at least very few.
With team development in place at your business, you should find that the atmosphere is a little better, communication between departments is improved, and hopefully more profits will be made for the employees to share!
